Sometimes I wish I was Scottish so I could use this word more freely in daily life. It’s so versatile! A curse, a naughty slang, a term of endearment. The possibilities are endless. Guaranteed to confuse and perturb your neighbours, hang this cunt up in your window for all to bask in its glory.
Each piece of glass is cut by hand, any flanges removed with a glass grinder. Each individual piece of glass is then wrapped in copper foil, then soldered together with 60/40 solder. This panel is framed in copper channel to provide strength. After cleaning and the solder beads darkened with patina, it is waxed and buffed to a high shine. This panel comes with long chain attached to adjust to your desired length. As with all my work, I'd recommend securing your hanging hardware into a wood frame, above your vinyl window frame or a simple nail on a wall. Please don’t use suction cups! They *will* fail.
Each stained glass item is handmade, and therefor each piece is unique. Art glass has imperfection and “seeds”, which add to the beauty and light play so loved in stained glass. Please handle with care and keep out of reach of children.
