Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at glass.witch.craft@gmail.com. Returns may be considered if the item you received was broken in transit or if it is not as described. If your return is accepted, a return label will be sent to you by email and you will be responsible for ensuring it is mailed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Due to the delicate nature of glass, your item is packaged with care and an abundance of caution is taken to ensure that your item arrives safely. If you lean towards the clumsy, I would suggest asking for help from a responsible adult in your household to assist in transporting your new stained glass item to its perch or display area.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
