Shipping policy

All orders that are placed are shipped out within 5 business days unless it is a custom order, which will take time to create and we will have discussed timeline. At checkout, you are greeted with numerous shipping options. Some of these provide tracking, some do not. Please select the method of shipping that will provide you with peace of mind and is within your budget. Postage prices are out of my control, I do not charge more than what it costs me. The postal services worldwide are run by humans, and are therefor vulnerable to human error. Sometimes there are delays that are quite literally out of my hands. If you have not received your item within 30 days, please reach out to me so we can find a solution.
