Calling all pet lovers! These adorable little dog/cat paws are the perfect gift for that special person who is obsessed with their fur babies. They measure at 3" wide by 3 1/4" tall. This glass is blue & white with one side a brilliant iridescent. The iridescent coating gives the glass a gorgeous "oil slick" effect, depending on the angle and light available.
Each piece of glass is cut by hand, any flanges removed with a glass grinder. Each individual piece of glass is then wrapped in copper foil, then soldered together with 60/40 solder. A black patina is applied to the solder seams and after cleaning, it is waxed and buffed to a high shine. These are strung with black hemp twine and ready to hang.
Each stained glass item is handmade, and therefor each piece is unique. Art glass has imperfection and “seeds”, which add to the beauty and light play so loved in stained glass. Please handle with care and keep out of reach of children.
