⚰️ A spooky and beautiful piece of stained glass art, this coffin features a multi faceted pink jewel and a lux iridescent pink glass. The faceted jewel throws dancing light when lit from behind and the iridescent glass has an oil slick effect when lit from the front - an absolute dreamboat of a suncatcher.
🌙 Each piece of glass is cut by hand, any flanges removed with a glass grinder. Each individual piece of glass is then wrapped in copper foil, and soldered together with 60/40 solder. This piece is wrapped in lead came for a polished finish. After cleaning, a black patina is applied to the solder seams. It is then waxed and buffed to a high shine. It is strung with black fine jewelry chain, ready to hang. This piece measures 3 3/4" x 7 1/4"
✨ Each stained glass item is handmade, and therefor each piece is unique. Art glass has imperfection and “seeds”, which add to the beauty and light play so loved in stained glass. Please handle with care and keep out of reach of children.
