⚰️ A spooky and beautiful piece of stained glass art, this coffin features a vintage diamond pattern amber glass, heavy lead border and a menacing laughing devil brass finding. The glass throws a warm glow with the sun shining through it, and the satanic face adds a wickedly delicious charm.
🌙 Each piece of glass is cut by hand, any flanges removed with a glass grinder. Each individual piece of glass is then wrapped in copper foil, and soldered together with 60/40 solder. A lead border has been added to this piece to provide stability and a clean finished look. After cleaning, a black patina is applied. It is then waxed and buffed to a high shine. It is strung with black fine jewelry chain, ready to hang. This piece measures 3 3/4" x 7 1/4"
✨ Each stained glass item is handmade, and therefor each piece is unique. Art glass has imperfection and “seeds”, which add to the beauty and light play so loved in stained glass. Please handle with care and keep out of reach of children.
